Series #1: Collaborating Across Difference

Abstract green plants used as a metaphor for growth, and representing different forms of communication. Contrasted natural elements with technical illustration lines for visual interest and texture.

Series #2: Storytelling + City-Building

Whimsical pink balloons: a mix of helium, hot air, balloon animals and people interacting with them. Pink used in imagery; also as an accent colour without being overpowering. Large pull quotes provide a visual break from repetitive slides and emphasize key ideas.

Series #3: Inclusive Community Engagement Practices

Thematic yellow bikes conceptualize active modes of transportation in cities. The circular infographic style emulate wheels on a bike, and reinforce the idea of whole/complete communities.

Series #4: Right to Urban Beauty

Blue water features express functionality, calm and beauty. Imagery reflects how people, plants and animals interact with this natural element; a much needed aesthetic in public spaces. Watercolour style koi fish and wavy graphic lines underscore the concept.
